GulfGuard is a lean, flat, result-oriented organization. There is a reason for everything we do. We encourage creativity, individual initiative and common sense as a means to maximize performance.
Challenges and responsibilities are treated as opportunities for people who are effective, decisive and get things done. These personal attributes will add value to our organization and our shareholders. Rank and title alone mean little - what counts is continuing contribution to GulfGuard's success. Leadership is earned, and is not linked to rank and title.
